But that itself can cause issues, particularly around the use of personal mobile numbers, availability at certain times (we all need a day off now and then) and the safety of church staff.

If enabled, you can keep recordings of all of your calls for 30 days. GDPR compliance is taken care of by a simple automated message on all inbound calls and the records are automatically deleted after 30 days. Call recording can also be turned off.

We can provide a cordless WiFi phone for a small additional monthly fee. Ideal for use in the church office when more than one member of staff might need it. Works anywhere there is WiFi, so you can even take it home!

Using time of day routing means calls will only come through during the times and days that you set. Outside of these times you can send them straight to voicemail, to a home phone line, or even a mobile number.
