Who Are Litenet?
A Family Business
Litenet was started in 2019 by Adam Walton, James Miller and Chris Thomas. Three friends who lived in the same village and wanted to do something different.
Little did we know how different that would be!
Over the years Litenet has become a real family business, with our partners and children all being involved in one way or another and in various roles, from bookkeeping, marketing and even helping out on site. Joined by Sales and Marketing Director, Vince Potter, we are passionate about helping churches get connected. That's why we created Church WiFi, our specialist service for churches.
Why Churches?
Coming from a small village, we knew how important churches were to the local community. They sit at the very centre, as a focal hub for all that goes on in a village.
During the Covid years we were acutely aware of how these community resources were struggling to reach their parishioners, maintain communications and be there for people. We helped a few local churches, word spread and the business grew from there.
The architecture is a big part of it too. We love church buildings! There aren't many companies that will take such good care and attention while installing into a historic building. Luckily it's in our nature. We all come from backgrounds that have dealt extensively with listed buildings.
Our Technology
Litenet's core business is providing internet, WiFi and telephone systems for BIG businesses. We have a team of engineers dedicated to working with some of the biggest brands in the world and wholesale relationships with the major service providers and equipment manufacturers.
This allows us to pass on significant cost savings and gives us access to business-grade hardware and services.
Our expertise gained in the enterprise environments benefits everyone. If we can put a telephone system on a cruise ship, re-wire a listed Mayfair office, and install WiFi in a Formula 1 team factory, we can easily work with your church.
